A combination of techniques

Lynx Networks provides highly accredited specialists to back up those in your organisation with IT responsibilities. Each client is different, however most use some or a combination of:

  • Immediate and unlimited telephone access to IT expertise
  • Site visits charged at a discounted price for customers with one of our IT support agreements
  • Proactive support to avoid future issues – this includes hardware maintenance
  • Regular, scheduled onsite attendance through a managed service for projects or where non-urgent IT tasks have been saved up for a single visit.

Managed service

Although a managed IT service is often incorporated into general IT support packages, they can be scaled up as a standalone solution for major projects. In cases where an organisation only has limited IT ability in house, a managed service is an ideal alternative to a full IT outsource.
