Not understanding technology well, I found Mike a breath of fresh air to deal with; he explained all I needed in a simple and honest way. He gave very clear information at all times and kept me updated. On top of that the implementation of the new system during our move was faultless. Simon and his team were a pleasure to have around; everything was completed to the time stated and it works like a dream. Nothing was too much trouble and our new office opened as planned.
