Lynx Provide IT Support to British F1 Grand Prix
Over the weekend, Lynx Networks were on standby at the Silverstone to provide IT and data cabling support for the British F1 Grand Prix.
Fortunately, there were very few IT problems to fix and those that did occur were minor and were resolved quickly by our team. Our Senior Installation Technician, Jamie Baker, was required to pull in some temporary cables after some faults (not ours!) to the pop-up retail units.
All in all, it was a great weekend for our team who spent most of the time on standby. They got to spend some time in the paddock, rubbing shoulders with F1 teams and celebrities trying their best to act like they belonged!
We look forward to a growing relationship with Silverstone as we continue to support their operations.
