“Well, yeah. Obviously the risk management. I mean, the risk management goes without saying. But apart from the improved reputation, stakeholder engagement and the risk management . . .”

“Legal compliance”

“Fully meeting clients’ expectations”

“Continued improvements”

“All right. Fair enough.”

“Yeah. Yeah, that’s something we’d really miss with ISO9001.”
